For those that like new modalities, I offer energy work through a painting of your energy field with an energy reading via video call. Located on the Kenai Peninsula and available remotely, I bring 13 years of experience in mind, body, and consciousness alignment. I am passionate about cultivating and teaching self-compassion using multiple modalities to achieve whole health. I believe I must have experienced and healed myself to support others in their healing journey with the highest frequency. I am honored to walk alongside anyone in this way.

Additionally, I have 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, which enhances my practice, including knowing when to incorporate or refer to Western Medicine providers.
