Kristina is a premier health coach and licensed dietitian-nutritionist who takes a functional and integrative approach to nutrition. She emphasizes the use of the latest technological advances in the field, incorporating advanced lab tests such as Nutrition Genome, RBTI, P-88 Dietary Antigen Food Sensitivity, Organic Acids metabolism tests, heavy metals, and TruDiagnostic age and longevity testing. These tools allow her to create tailored protocols designed specifically for each client.
Kristina is particularly passionate about using a clean, cyclical ketogenic approach to reduce inflammation and restore metabolic health. She leverages nutrigenomics data and other lab results to personalize nutrition plans. In addition to these advanced nutritional strategies, she incorporates techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Mindful Eating, the Tiny Habits method, and Heartmath to improve her clients' psychology and behavior around food.
Kristina holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from MUIH and is the founder and host of the Keto Symposium, the first low-carb conference in New York. She believes that true health is not merely the absence of disease, but a state of immense vitality, joy, and wellness in the body, mind, and emotions.
Nutrigenomics, an emerging field in nutrition, studies how genetics can inform the best nutrition plan for each individual. Kristina uses genetic testing and other lab results to customize her clients' nutrition plans. She has supported patients with a wide range of clinical conditions, including breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain cancer, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, lymphatic colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, lupus, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, type I and II diabetes, atherosclerosis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, lymphoma, GERD, insomnia, IBS, high blood pressure, anemia, hypothyroidism, panic disorder, depression, and metabolic syndrome/obesity.
Kristina also works with athletes and healthy individuals who seek to optimize their health or lose weight. However, she does not work with patients diagnosed with eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia, nor does she work with individuals who were previously treated for these conditions.
