Herbal Compress Therapy
A traditional Thai massage technique using a steamed herbal compress (a blend of medicinal herbs compactly wrapped in cotton). Steaming the compress releases the essential oils and active ingredients, invigorating aromatherapeutic benefits in addition to releasing the muscles, fascia, and tension held in the body. This general health compress blend features bright and nourishing traditional Southeast Asian herbs that warm and uplift the senses while also detoxifying the body and softening the tissues.

Mother + Infant Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle therapy for those pregnant, preparing to give birth, recently postpartum, and newborns. CST addresses breastfeeding concerns for mom and baby such as colic, latch or feeding problems, irritability, structural birth complications, tongue tie, Cesarean birth effects, and more.
If your newborn or infant is experiencing gas, constipation, torticollis, gastric reflux, unexplained fussiness, flat head, hyper/hypotonia, teething, ear infections, or any birth injury, this session can help to address baby’s concerns and address the parent(s) stress and tension as well.
