Retreats
Self-care is often spoken about, but its true essence can feel elusive. For me, it’s about consciously choosing to put myself first and creating space for peace and clarity amidst everyday chaos. This inspired me to host women’s retreats—safe havens where women can come together and be unapologetically themselves.
I wanted to create a nurturing environment to acknowledge and release the heavy emotions that no longer serve us. Over the years, we’ve built a vibrant, supportive community of women who uplift and celebrate each other, free from jealousy and fear.

Welcome to Erstwhile Studios, a cozy space where healing, growth, and community come together. Founded by Amber Smith, a Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher, Oracle Card Reader, and Spiritual Advisor, the studio offers holistic services designed to help you reconnect with yourself and find balance.
Amber's healing journey began over a decade ago, culminating in her Reiki Master certification after years of dedicated practice. Her approach is rooted in compassion and authenticity, providing a nurturing environment for all.
